2025 Patient Survey

We’re pleased to share the results from the 2025 GP Patient Survey. Our practice performed above local and national averages in most areas.

Thank you for your continued support and feedback – it helps us shape and improve the services we provide.

Survey Highlights

79% – rated their overall experience as good (above local 76% / national 75%)

95% – felt involved in decisions about their care

94% – had confidence in their clinician

94% – said their needs were met at their appointment

98% – received the information they needed to support their care 9

2% – found our reception team helpful (well above national 83%)

98% – understood the next steps after contact with the practice.

Continuity of Care – Improving Together

We’re pleased to see an improvement in continuity of care – more patients are now able to see the same GP when it matters most. To build on this, we are:

· Increasing the number of continuity appointments available.

· Running a Total Triage  to help ensure patients who would benefit from continuity are booked with the same GP.

Ease of Access – What We Are Doing

We’ve taken steps to make it easier to contact us:

· Online consultations (via AccuRx) are now open throughout core hours, helping free up phone lines. Please keep phone lines free for those who do not have access to the internet. Online consultations can be accessed from our website or NHS App.

· Call-back facility in place to reduce waiting times on the phone.
